Ok patch applied (compiled fine) When I plug in the UA1000, it is now recognised (Great) It apparently comes up on /dev/dsp1 (initially) (the internal is on dsp0) When I write to it, it seems to block. Unplugged and replugged and it moved to /dev/dsp2. Same response. Not much info in the log but I will send it along (attached) Let me know if you would like me to capture anything else.
