I have the same issue. I have ordered twice on 8 Dec and have been charged twice on my card(!) but both times the order disappeared from the tracking page.
Customer service is non-existent. Repeated emails have not been answered and a call to their number always receives a recorded message saying they are closed or serving someone else.
