Same problem here. I placed an order, but the order doesn't appear on the Brightstar tracking page. It says that no orders have been placed. I have sent 3 emails to [email protected] but not received any useful replies. Anybody here knows how long it will take the phones to ship?
I am relying on somebody to bring the phone from the US to India for me ... and in fact I paid extra shipping to ensure it reaches in time. In case, they delay shipping too much, I would rather cancel the order because then I can't get the phone brought to India for me, but the customer services hasn't even replied.
