I tried that since our last discussion. and the silence was deafening. The best contact method I had at the time was put a bunch of advocates in a Google+ circle and try sharing posts with them asking the question. But that is good intelligence data, if they considered your app "major" and "only one". That can be a rule of thumb, even if they don't always follow it themselves. Certainly I can try harder to contact these guys, but maybe I save that until I think that I qualify, and then become somewhere on the spectrum between persistent and annoying.
