Well, if don't get insults from them, I'll be sure to get it from my 
customers. ;)

How to become a top developer:

Not very last, but I can certainly put it on the back burner. If I do 
manage to create something [useless, boring, or innovative] that [millions 
of] people love, become immensely popular on social media, and make decent 
money from it, and still not be considered a "Top Developer", I will still 
be mystified, but a lot of the sting of the insult will be gone. 

At the same time, if you think them four little blue diamonds don't 
influence any user's install decision, you are getting poor advice from 
your marketing department.
