It won't re-download automatically. You'll either find them again in "my downloads" or you'll have to search for them one by one (I don't know the circumstances in which "My downloads" would list them or not list them in that case). Better be safe than sorry and keep a list handy.
Oh, BTW, I think you'll only be able to re-download the applications that are still published on Market.
