Pixelpipe played fast and loose with this - first published it free, then managed to do a paid upgrade (yes, it listed as an upgrade). Then they changed it so the upgrade was free and there was a paid version, and finally they just uploaded a completely broken "update" to the free one with no functionality at all.
Fun stuff. (Google doesn't seem to care.) And I have a couple of apps that have been pulled from market - I thought part of the TOS for users was that your apps would always be available for reinstall, even if the dev doesn't make them available to new users?
