Well, today I too got the "dreaded" rejection by Amazon, in an e-mail reading
"Per a published change to our policy, your app has failed Test Case IN2. The toggle keyboard on your application leads to a search within the Android Market." so I'll see if it is worthwhile for me to further pursue listing my app at Amazon.
