It's weird - this has been reported before and I have no idea what causes it.

Did you try with -double?

I've tried mplayer and -vo pxa on lots of different c1000 and c3200 (probably
10), and almost never seen this problem - the only time I do is sometimes on
suspend and resume whilst playing a video.

Maybe I'll put up a video clip I have tested somewhere, but I've tried quite a
lot of clips in different formats. (mp4, avi, wmv7 and wmv9, vcd)

I wonder if it is something to do with the hardware.

I think you can get the frame buffer driver to change modes - there's a
website which describes this somewhere.

Ah here we go:

There was a series of posts by:
"José Bernardo Bandos Rodrigues" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
to the dev mailing list around the 25/10/07 - titled
[Angstrom-devel] mplayer woes

It just seems to not work on some Zaurii. Very odd.

Thanks,
Tim
