I'm doing this now, against the original database, to hopefully give me an idea of which tables need to be updated with the data I converted yesterday.

I'm wondering, though... in it's intended use of running this tool before starting out, what does it tell you besides "sorry, you're screwed"? I haven't found any documentation suggesting you can actually fix the problem data in any way. Is there something one could actually do if they did run this before converting, other than know how big a mess they were going to end up with?
