I think it should be made part of the general Apertium repository, i.e.,
the Subversion repository in Sourceforge, as this is the general place for
'official' Apertium stuff where all developers can contribute with
corrections and translations, and as the experiences with github
unfortunately proved to be painfull WRT collaboration for me (probably I'm
the ignorant here)

I'm not sure whether the conditions Mikel Forcada made about the interface,
the logo, the link to Apertium, and info about the license have been
fulfilled.
Arink, with your permission I'll add the source to SVN trunk, aside of
lttoolbox-java, so we can all start to contribute on the code and work
together to get a version released.
I'll also create an apertium keystore with a digital signature, and sponsor
the 25$ for a common Google Play account to which we can grant access to
all relevant parties so they can release new versions, follow comments,
statistics etc.
