Well, most packages are well documented in man. Some packages like coreutils have basic documentation in man. I've always found that to be sufficient. Long man pages like mplayer are terrible.
For ONLY those that only provide info only and in the man say "look @ info" maybe someone should package this up, put it on the aur if it isnt already, and then file a bug in hope that they use info2man in the package? http://freshmeat.net/projects/info2man/ Anyway, I'm just trying to find a productive solution rather than an argument over arch's objectives.
