Taimur, i have been listening to Ravanan songs for a few days, in my car or when im using the pc, and i feel otherwise. This album would easily find its place in the top 5 of Mani-ARR combo. Lovely songs. It has that typical ARR-Mani touch. Esp Usere poguthey, Keda Kari and Khili Re.The rest sounds new, but its rocking 2 bro. I think u should give it more time. :)
Btw,im not sure why everyone was criticizing Anuradha Sriram in Kaate Siriki... I think she sounds cool there. After listening to the Hindi version, im guessing the Tamil number was recorded first? coz the Hindi version has Anuradha's rendition in the second interlude. Ranjha Ranjha sounds good too. Rekha sounds great.
