Ok guys....I checked and everything looks good.  It is like it is invisible
or something.  But what is more weird.  I have 3 people that have fixed
licenses.  We have no problem seeing the remedy support option.  When I
removed my fixed license and gave it to another user to see if it had
anything to do with the license that other user still didnt get the remedy
support option.  I have about 1000 people yelling at me.  I need a drink.
