Dmitry, But do make sure you contact tech support about every issue that you have.
I have been on vacation for a few days and I have heard a rumor that tech support might have issued a "hot fix" (not an official patch) for v7.1 Mid-Tier that might make it work against a v6.3 patch 20 ARS server. So.... if you have problems... let them know. If they do not know about a problem then they likely will not fix it. And if enough customers report the same issue, then I hope the priority will go up for fixing that bug. So... if you are in a hurry.. and that happens to be your problem..... maybe tech support would consider letting you test out their code changes. :) There is always hope that bug fixes might be released for "point fixes" when the points are important enough, and simple enough, to fix quickly. ( However, you do have to ask for help to get any help. Post to ARSList do not qualify for requests to BMC Tech support.)
