Norm -----Original Message----- From: Action Request System discussion list(ARSList) [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Harry Pugh Sent: Wednesday, January 09, 2008 10:18 AM To: arslist@ARSLIST.ORG Subject: Active Directory Users getting locked out ** Hi, Recently we've had 2 users complain that after logging into Remedy their Active Directory accounts are getting locked out. I went over to one of the user's desks and watched them successfully log into Remedy (no password errors) and then they were fine for a few minutes and then their AD account was locked out - our infrastructure team says the failures are coming from our Remedy server (Remedy is the only app on the server). We're using the crossref blank password option to authenticate against AD. Has anyone run into this before? Thanks!
