That's assuming that BMC keeps their web site up to date better than they used to, which was practically not at all. My former consulting company had incorrect and missing data about them on BMC's partner site for years, despite numerous requests to update it.
I would trust nothing short of an official announcement from either BMC or Turing, which is up to them to decide whether to publish.
