Wow, I was not expecting this to get heated when I first sent the question to the list. Thanks to everyone who has replied both on and off list, your help has been appreciated. Unfortunately we were told point blank that we could not renew support as BMC would not accept it via Turing SMI. However, we have since been successful with another third party support company.
Thanks again and lets hope we can turn the heat down and all get back to being friends.
