Hi All,

Question on SLA's.  We are running ARS 7.0.1 patch 2 on Windows 2003.

Question is when SLA's are met and a user assigns the ticket to another group 
that does not use this SLA.  SLA's are lost, removed from Incident.   Terms in 
conditions I have are to apply to group, because of Business hours and what 
have you.  So we have 4 groups that all have separate business hours.  So the 
hours change for those groups SLA's depending on which one the Incident is 
assigned too.

I am looking for best practices for these sla's to stay if they have been MET.
