I would do that taking an xml definition file related to that form and editing
that defnition file after looking for field 7.

The RRR utility takes care of the data...that's not the problem.  I'm looking
for a premade tool that will take care of updating all of the workflow
references

The Status field is a little more complicated than other drop downs because of
its relationships with the H table, but that shouldn't be a limiting factor. It
would just mean you will need to write another script to update the values in
the H table accordingly.

The selection field in question is Status, and I've been able to identify about
260 references to the field in all sorts of places...I'm looking for a tool
that will do the work for me...if it exists.

If its just one field, you could do it manually - well almost..

What I had done once on a similar situation is created another field
temporarily, that was the copy of the original field, and set that new temp
fields to the current value..

Then I had modified the value in the original field to adjust them accordingly
considering the modification on the field.

The work flow can be corrected by taking an XML def file of all AL's, Filters,
Escalations and Menus tied to that form and looking for that field ID after
opening the xml file in a text editor, and making the changes that are needed
as appropriate..

Delete the temp field after the project.

All,
I seem to remember a utility that allowed you to change the values of a
selection field and all of the workflow that referenced it.  I found the tool
rrrSelectionChange, but this tool updates all of the data, but none of the
code.  I'm needing something that will do something very similar to archgid,
but instead of changing the ID of the field, I need to change the index values
of a selection field.  Any and all help is appreciated.
