What does the arerror.log show for the time when the ARServer is starting up? What does armonitor.log show during a startup? What ARERR number is associated with the login failure? Is is the 3300? a. If it is the 3300, update the ar.conf and disable alert events. Are there any failures in the install logs prior to the one provided?
