Hi,

I think "Schmell" is the correct name. He did my 2.x-3.0 transition class
in 1997, and a couple of other classes where I helped him setup the
classrooms in Stockholm. I remember the cocktail pins. Was it Barry who
supplied the student with various "toys" to give them something to fiddle
with during the classes!?

Kerman Lew is another favorite of mine. He had an exceptional way of
saying "no" without being noticed ;-)

Another "character" was Deak Lancaster, who did a lot of API-classes. You
will remember if you ever took a class with him :-)
