For AR System 7.5.00, the Remedy user client is supported on 32-bit XP, Vista and Windows 7 desktop operating systems. It is not supported on 64-bit versions of these desktop operating system. For users of 64-bit systems, the web client should be used. The Developer Studio is supported on the above operating systems as well as 32-bit or 64-bit editions of Windows Server (2003 or higher). Developer Studio is only supported within a 32-bit JVM, even on a 64-bit operating system, at this time. This may change in a future release. -David J.
