Hey,
We have done this to 4 different desktops/laptops -- all are the same (2
issues).
Tried to bring up the java console so we can see what is going on.. did not
really do anything.
Found a firewall prompt that java was not allowed and unblocked it.. but it
is doing this everytime.
Also we do not have command prompt tools even as admin, it is in a different
location.. so there are a few possible issues here. The same patches install
on a non-hardend desktop/laptop -- like mine at home just fine..  We have
tried Patch 3 and patch 4.. 1 person tried patch 0 but no difference.

strange.. It must be something simple..
