Hi there, Version 7.1 We are releasing the user from Remedy as follows. AR System Administration Console Application Users / Groups / Roles then click on License review in this way we can release the user for floating and fixed license. My question is "is there any way we can release the user without using AR System Administration Console" Is there any possibility we can release the user without Administrator rights??
