Just to mix things up a bit more…
In ITSM training I was told that operational catalog should be 
<Verb><Noun><Noun>; and to use “I need to <verb> <noun> on my <noun>”. (i.e. “ 
I need to INSTALL SOFTWARE on my DESKTOP”).
