Hi Fred,

The Plugin logs aren't even being created. They are set to All level but
absolutely nothing gets written, not even an empty logs. We do see the
error in the filter logs but only of course the failure to execute.

Thank you,

Does the arplugin.log show any errors when trying to load the web service
plugin? The plugin process may be up and running, but it may not have
loaded all plugin(s).

Fred

Subject: unable to use webservices on new installation - WebService.dll:
The specified module could not be found.

Hi all,

We are installing 7.0.01 patch 008 on a new box in an attempt to separate
our 3 instances of our dev environment that were residing on the same box.
This is to allow us to upgrade to 7.5 "peacefully".
We did a previous test on another server without any issues at all, but
unfortunately, we have to give back that one. We are following the exact
same procedure on this new box, but we are getting errors with the
WebService and the plugin. According to our server team the new
environment is exactly the same as the one used in our smoke tests...
Taking their words on this at this point.
And we do see the arplugin running in the tasks manager and we do have the
WebService.dll installed too.

This is the error we keep getting both when we launch the workflow that
uses the webservices and in the arerror.log
Even with the plug-in-server log activated and set to all, we do not have
any logs being created.

Support's answer was to send us a new WebService.dll which did not change
anything

What am I missing?
