Hi Fred, The Plugin logs aren't even being created. They are set to All level but absolutely nothing gets written, not even an empty logs. We do see the error in the filter logs but only of course the failure to execute.

We are following the exact same procedure on this new box, but we are getting errors with the WebService and the plugin. And we do see the arplugin running in the tasks manager and we do have the WebService.dll installed too.
