But it is there in the java\bin\client folder. If I set the path when in DOS I do see D:\Program Files\CAC AR System>arplugin -m Action Request System(R) Plug-In Server Version 7.0.01 Patch 008 200805271830 Copyright (c) 2001 - 2006 BMC Software, Inc. All rights reserved. Loaded Web Services plugin properly So I am now guessing I need to add this to my system PATH... just don't remember how... Anyone? Based upon your other messages about no logfile being created - my base gut check is directory permissions then... if your remedy service is a 'run as' service account - the file / directory permissions could be wacked... One "command level try" is to comment out the arplugin.exe from armonitor - restart armonitor (remedy service) and then from command line try to startup the plugin server to check for console messages, etc. HTH On Tue, Sep 7, 2010 at 1:33 PM, <pascale.bo...@daimler.com> wrote: ** Robert, This is a 7.0.01 server. The Plugin logs don't even get written. So absolutely nothing. This is a new installation so no other webservice.dll anywhere else. as for Server-Plugin-Alias: ARSYS.ARF.WEBSERVICE ARSYS.ARF.WEBSERVICE <Servername>:<Portnumber> No we do not have that in our ar.conf. Never saw that one before. Is that required for 7.0.01?
