If a user changes the ticket-status (e.g. from new to wait) the user should see the details of a date/time-field so he can enter the value directly. I want to avoid that the user have to click on "book"-button. I tried to use the "change field - set focus to field" - option but unfortunately it only sets the focus to the diary (what a suprise :) ) and doesn't show the content. Is it possible at all?
