Thanks Mike.  That did not solve the problem.  Even before re-adding the
forms to the application I think the permissions we're ok.  It only appears
that the workflow is not being associated with the new forms.  These are
subclasses of ComputerSystem.  I was hoping that the generic active links
association with the ComputerSystem Save button, for example, would
automatically be associated with the NewSubClass Save button.  To manually
go through and plug in all of this workflow into all of these buttons,
menus, etc. across several subclass/AST forms will be a ton of work.
