Did you...

1.) Do workflow logging to see if the API and/or workflow logging is
firing to set the data into the fields? You should probably see a +GLE
or +GLEWF happening if it's strictly API stuff happening.

There's also a chance that there's workflow that's setting all fields to
NULL after window open. Sounds unlikely but I've seen it happen (as
recently as 7.6.03...)

2.) Verify row level permissions on the data
3.) Try this as the admin user as well as the others?

That said - I have seen a few mid-tier bugs where data didn't display in
this way though. BMC will ask you for the logs if you call them though,
so you might as well check it first.

Subject: Table drill down not working for one form on mid-tier

Hi All,
When I double click on a selected row on this table from web, the form
is open in modified mode, but without any data populated.
And:
  1) it works fine with remedy client
  2) other tables and/or forms works fine on web
  3) I made a copy of this form without any workflow, created a new
table based on this copy form from scratch with a few sample records, it
still doesn't work
  4) Furthermore, I deleted all the none-core fields, only left the core
fields from this copy form, it still doesn't work!

Platform:
  ARS server and mid-tier 7.1 patch 7

Really appreciate any ideas!!
