Hi Listers, We are facing lot of performance issue with email engine and I have tried most of the steps from the below link ..

We have major problem in email auto ticketing creation . the mail file size on the AIX box keeps on increasing .. polling interval is 15sec but from observation i do not find the file size decreasing every 15 sec.. for private thread in have min and max as 10 and 12 thread.. Is there any better way to troubleshoot the issue..
