Hi everyone - I am looking to add a custom field on the change request form to the approval process - Might just be me, but the approval server document didn't seem to address what I'm looking to do.
Basically, I have a field that can have a number of entries from a drop-down list. If this drop-down list is set to a certain value, I need an additional approval. I can set up the levels to get this to occur, but I can't find the info on how to get the approval engine to evaluate this field. In effect, all changes are having the extra approval generated. What I need is to only have the extra approval generated if this custom field is set to 'value x'.
