Hi, Is the user you have configured in the AREA forms setup for a "Simple Bind" in AD?
The LDP.exe tool can login using different authentication methods but ARS expects a Simple Bind user to be provided and used. This user must also be specified in the AREA configuration as a fully qualified distignuishedName (including CN, OU, etc). Check with your AD team to ensure that the credentials supplied are for a Simple Bind user configuration. _____ Kind Regards, Carl Wilson http://www.missingpiecessoftware.com/ From: Action Request System discussion list(ARSList) [mailto:arslist@ARSLIST.ORG] On Behalf Of Karthick S Sent: 10 April 2013 15:19 To: arslist@ARSLIST.ORG Subject: Re: AD Integration ** I did that too and got those clear error logs.
