As far the "affordable" housing $ goes - I asked that as well -
account for ALL, as in all, the $ the city has received from AP
partners and from other towns that dumped their obligations (Mount
Laurel) to AP, via a cash payment. That adds up to quite a few$. Add
to that the amount of $ the state dumps in the school system....
