The sidewalk never was blocked off and is not the issue the owner is

Bull... That has never been stated and there is no such stipulation in any 
documents regarding the waterfront redevelopment.

Since there is no such "sixth avenue option" I'd have to say that statement  
about some unnamed council member is about as believable as the rest of your 
post.

Can we please at least post accurate and truthful information instead of 
half-truths, incorrect "recollections," innuendo and outright lies?
