is it that hard to understand? once there are people
living, and filling those abandoned streets. they
will work on the boardwalk. yes it could have been
done the other way around, but doing residentail first
will give the area a more lived in enviorment.
something more people would want to dirve through, to
get to that great boardwalk. years ago, they even
said residential was being done first. but yet, people
still wonder why things arnt being done. once those 2
fast track projects (ok, not so fast) are done on
ocean ave. things will pick up very fast in mind mind,
and im stckin! g ot that
