It is you that ignore the facts. Can you show me a copy of the plans to restore the Casino, CH and Pavillions? I am not asking for actual perfromance and restoration now mind you, merely the plans? Did the permits hold these up? How long has it been since the CAFRA was approved? Not even a plan yet? The only people who hve actually done something here are the subdevelopers, and even more importantly and dramatically, are the private owners on Cookman and other streets, including the first, Rich DePietro. If the boardwalk stores now in place been there 2 years ago, or even last year, Fishman gets a pat on the back. But that's all as of this year, sorry.
