That's one thing that's always stuck out with me.  Why is it that the people
who were FORCED to renovate or have their properties demolished (I.E. The
Empress, Rich DePietro) have had their properties fixed up so quickly let
Asbury Partners (who has had no such pressure) is so slow at getting
results?
