I used the above in a discussion not to long ago, and the other person
challenged me on it. I realized then that I only really know this from
your posts and from Maureen's show.
Can you favor the board with the source material that I can rely upon
the next time I run into this guy? How do we know that the abated
money is the money that would have gone to education?
