It is said if you take away the Empress Hotel parking lot, the city is diminishing the value of Sheap's club, hotel & property. So much for the hot spot that help bring in so many investors & homesteaders to AP seven years ago, even before the Partners saved Asbury Park. How many of you became homesteaders and investors before redevelopment started?
That’s ridiculous. Another slap in the face to a business owner who fixed up their property and made it into a success. Asbury Park should be ashamed at what they are doing.
