Werner" do you really think asbury partners master plan is to eventually demolish convention hall? i find that hard to understand. its possiable yes, but even asbury partners, why would they want to do such a thing? wouldnt they rather sell off the building to a developer for a very high price and make a bundle off it? i think their just lazy and dont want to use their money, and have it set in their minds one day they will pass it off to someone else to fix. someone with a lot of money who wont mind fixing a few extra thousand dollars worth of fix ups. even if the fixs up could have been prevented. --------------------------------- Need Mail bonding?
