History is not just snapshots, One must examine and interprete the
big picture to get the correct answers. This City has a problem with
history, it constantly mis-interpretes and and mis-represents the
facts.

For example - The building next to the Casino is a Heating Plant not
a Power Plant. The correct name is actually the "Beach Central
Heating Plant" but Heating Plant will do fine.

Why is now refered to as a Power Plant ??? It never generated
electricity !!!

Perhaps a small detail to some but just an example of re-writting
history - incorrectly. That is certainly a dis-service to this great
City.

Regarding the Empress lot. The one owned by the empress is the one
along Asbury Ave, on the South side of the block. That's what is
being traded for spaces within the new garage.
