there's nothing wrong with a bunch of thse eateries.
serve good food, priced right and remember there's always someplace
else to eat.
Some will survive, some won't.
You need parking, foot traffic and daytime workers as well. People.
People with money to spend. And....you need an anchor to bring people
day and night.
