Whats amazing is that he cares more about people who don't take responsibility
for their
own lives then people that do.
Of course, some people that become homeless do so by no fault of their own, but
a vast
majority of the ones i've seen in AP appear to be troubled souls with alcohol
and drug
problems.
Nearly every time I go to the Welsh Farms on Main, I get approached by a street
person
asking for spare change for food, and every single time they go to the liquor
store instead.
After having that happen a few dozen times, i'd be quicker to go to the McD's
drive thru
and actually buy them something to eat rather then give them any money, because
at least
then I'd know that my help is going to good use, and not contributing to the
problem.
