An "Alive Street" is not likely in the near future.

The Condo/residential market has gone flat.
There's insufficient office uses w/owners living above.
The retail being offered is not what the average persons would buy.
The stigma of Asbury Park being dangerous continues.

I'll be going OMR soon also to try it out, hope its reasonably priced.
