How about instead of sending 3 cruisers over to Market in the middle or
brick wall the only couple times I go to hear music at 9:00pm or 9:35
pm, someone from the PD calls and asks they lower the music.
Then those cars can sent elsewhere. I calculated last time that I saw
it, that "call" consumed about 1 hour and 10 minutes of man/woman power.
