What you didn't get invited to the Ivanka Tramp Jewelery show at The

Apparently about 100 people showed up. That was Nov 27.
The difference is not partners, it buying as an alternative to NYC and
still getting in in 15-20 minutes.
Different field.
I;ve had people from JC/Hoboken looking for their weekend hangout.
Hob/JC is still a great choice for those working in those cities or
NYC. Bring in one or two high profile companies into AP or Neptune
where 2000 workers salaries are above 60k per year...
