Until those with $ down or the project is sold....
The City should put up a couple billboards with Dean's Face, The Metro
Homes Logo and Name with a some kind of note indicating they are
responsible for it.
It reminds me of a plan crash - the first thing to do os paint over
the logo or cover it up with giant tarps.
I was at a dinner the other night, and someone commented that he was
VERY smart for stopping at this point. If they paid $17 for the
rights, they are somewhere in for another $9=$15 million for
everything done so far - at least.
Talk about jerking people over by hanging onto their deposits.
