Earlier, Allan said that maybe the story  in the Press was just the highlights, 
but honestly, 
they really missed the mark with this article, even if it's a summary.
They really only glanced over about a third of the plan, and totally missed 
anything about 
the funding for surveillance cams, school involvement, or any development other 
then the 
boardwalk.
